This villa in Jumeirah Islands was fully refurbished, with the scope extending across architecture, spatial layout, interiors, façade, and landscape.

 The existing structure was reworked to improve flow and proportions, with key architectural adjustments shaping a clearer relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The design moves the villa toward a modern Mediterranean expression — light, warm, and grounded. Natural materials, soft tonal transitions, and tactile finishes are combined with clean architectural lines. Joinery is detailed and intentional, lighting is layered and atmospheric, and each material choice is made to support both daily use and long-term quality. The result is a contemporary family home with a calm, sun-washed character and a strong sense of continuity throughout.
