This 19th-century villa in the heart of Mayfair was fully refurbished, with the interior stripped back and reconfigured throughout. All internal walls were removed to allow for a new spatial layout, with bathrooms completely rebuilt and new floors, finishes, and bespoke elements introduced across the entire residence.

The design balances the villa’s original character with a contemporary, hotel-like sensibility. A restrained palette of soft beige and greige tones is layered with natural wood, marble, and tinted glass, creating calm, cohesive interiors. Bespoke joinery crafted by London-based artisans and carefully composed lighting schemes add depth and precision, while curated loose furniture and objects introduce a personal, lived-in quality. The result is an elegant private home — refined, comfortable, and designed to function beautifully throughout the seasons.
